how to get off the pit?
dont panic or stay still.. move.
try to preserve the part of you that has not gone under the mud.
with your clean part, try to cover the largest dirt area you can.
slowly pull out the part of you from under the mud.
move as if you never want to go back in the mud.
if you start sinking again look around for friends who can help pull you out.
when you get out look for friends you can help pull out.
